Chef Enzo Oliveri grew up surrounded by the markets, the sea and the family kitchens of Sicily — where food is never just food, but memory, generosity and craft.
Over a career spanning more than two decades, Chef Enzo has cooked for some of the most recognisable names on the planet — from Princess Diana and Madonna to Tom Cruise, John Travolta, Al Pacino, Kim Basinger, Sylvester Stallone and Michael Douglas — earning a global reputation as one of the most respected ambassadors of true Italian cuisine.
Today, he brings that life's work to Bengaluru — opening Enzo Oliveri Italian Kitchen on the top floor of the Chocolate Hotel, Indiranagar. An intimate room, an open kitchen, and a menu that is unmistakably his.
